A Safe Space for Kids, Tweens, Teens & Young Adults

Neurodiversity-Affirming Care

Your brain isn’t wrong. You’ve just lived in a world that wasn’t built with your wiring in mind. Here, we work with your nervous system, not against it.

Your brain is not a problem to solve. It’s a system to understand, support, and celebrate. Whether you’re autistic, ADHD, sensory-seeking, or simply feel different moving through the world; this is a space where you don’t have to mask or shrink. We’ll work with your strengths, not around them, and find ways to  support regulation, self-trust, and real-life functionality on your terms.

Other Tools We May Integrate:

  • Play & Art Therapy
Expressive, pressure-free ways to explore and regulate emotions.

  • Somatic & Experiential Techniques
Using movement, grounding, and sensory tools to help the body feel safe.

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Learning to carry difficult emotions while moving toward what matters.

  • Strength-Based & Trauma-Informed Support
Building from what’s already working while honoring what’s been hard.

  • Humanistic & Person-Centered Foundations
You’re the expert on your life. My job is to help you reconnect to that truth.

Art & Play Therapy

For kids (and kids-at-heart), expression through play and creativity helps feelings surface in a safe and supported way.

Sometimes, words fall short—or they’re just too much. That’s where creativity comes in. For kids, teens, and even adults, play and art offer a way to express what lives underneath the  surface. It’s not about being “good at art”—it’s about having a safe, pressure-free outlet to  process, regulate, and explore.

Somatic & Experiential Therapy

Our bodies carry stories too. These approaches help us listen to the messages of tension, shutdown, and overwhelm—and respond with care.

Stress doesn’t just live in our minds—it shows up in our shoulders, our breath, our sleep. These  approaches help us reconnect with the body’s signals, especially when those signals feel loud,  confusing, or shut down. Whether through movement, grounding exercises, or sensory tools, we’ll explore ways to help your body feel a little safer, a little softer.

Humanistic & Person-Centered Therapy

You already carry wisdom, strength, and insight. I’m here to help you uncover it rather than tell you who you are or direct your your next steps.

You don’t need someone to tell you who you are or what to do. You need someone who will listen and help you get in touch with who you are at your core and help you become the best version of yourself. I’m not the expert on your life—you are. My role is to offer presence, perspective,  and the kind of curiosity that invites clarity and compassion, especially when self-doubt has been running the show.

Solution-Focused Therapy

When life feels tangled, it helps to find one thread to pull.

Solution-focused work is about  figuring out what’s already helping (even just a little), and using that as a place to build from.  This can be especially helpful when you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or in need of quick,  concrete tools.

Strength-Based & Trauma-Informed Support

Whether your trauma is capital-T or not, your experiences matter. We’ll work gently, without re-traumatizing, and with your safety always in mind

You’ve already made it through things most people don’t see. You’re already carrying so much.  We’ll work gently, honoring your pace, your nervous system, and the resilience you may not  always recognize. Whether you’re navigating recent challenges or processing deep pain from the  past, you don’t have to do it alone—and you don’t have to rush.

Every session is shaped around what feels right for you and based on your comfort level. There’s no pressure to explore topics before you’re ready and no expectation to fit a mold. This is your space, your process, your unfolding.
